My rant is based on my tag along with my wife who likes shopping, I don't but she does not drive. This little saga got better, and by the way I did not Q at customer service. The next day I visited the Ikea web site and used their web chat service (don't bother) I explained to Charlotte what had happened & after checking her computer stock system I indeed had been over charged, she then asked for my till receipt details and contact details, before I could do this the Internet connection disconected,, after Getting back to them. I was now-web chatting with Ian who kept disappearing off screen because he was dealing with other customer's, 40 mins and still no answer, ahhhhhhhhhhhh, Ikea you SUCK

Finally got a refund + £2 for phone calls, it took A month of emails, & multiple calls for these muppets to finally get there woefully inadequate act together, my advice to anyone dealing with their customer service is just keep bugging them untill they respond.
