HL regular ISA investments

Hi,
I've got a monthly saving plan with HL and I have just £150 in a fund with 0.125% savings on the management fees. I think I dont get the saving unless I have £1,000 invested in the fund? Is this correct?
I've also reduce the monthly savings to £0 for the fund as I'd rather choose when to invest (i.e. I've found that the 10th of the month is not always the best time to put money in due to the price fluctuations) but I've set up another fund in its place just to diversify and avoid the neccessity of investing a £1,000 lump sum (which I dont have at the moment!). Other than not get the management fee savings, there are no other down sides to doing this is there? i.e. HL don't charge a yearly inactivity fee on funds or anything do they?
If anyone has experience on this, please shares as I am new to S&S ISAs and HL.
Thanks

What you are calling management fee savings comes to 19p a year on £150 so not of great concern. I don't know what HL might charge, sorry, but charges in general for a s&s ISA may be higher than holding funds outside an ISA and as the tax saving involved is nil or minuscule, a regular investment account may be simpler.0

H-L do not charge a fee for funds; active or otherwise, except for a few tracker type funds.0
