BT are increasing Infinity speeds

Just posted this in the home phones forum, but then realised it should be in here. d'oh!0 -
the extra speed is good news, but the requirement to agree to a new contract seems to be at odds with their statement shown below, the automatic part of the statement surely means that the customer needs to do nothing to benefit from the increase in speed.
"We automatically give you the fastest broadband speed available on your phone line, and generous usage limits to suit how much you and your family use the internet."0 -
Problem is, most packages doesn't even cover enough allowance for the amount you can download on the new speeds!
I'm on the 80mb trial with plusnet, though its a trial, speeds go up and down as they are testing all the time. But its usually at least 45mb download.
1.90gb ISO windows service packs - 6 minutes..... :-D0
