Whether he's on benefits or not, what he's doing is wrong on many levels. Everybody else is paying for his free medication which he's not taking. So he's making money off the back off everyone else's National Insurance contributions. In addition, he is deceiving himself as his doctor is treating him on the basis of taking all the medications. If he's not taking the medication, he could be endangering his heath & future treatment if the doctor still thinks he is taking that amount of medication.

At the minimum, tell the local Heath Authority/ Council

This infuriates me. While he's doing this, people like my partner pay for asthma meds just so they can breath.

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

If you can buy it over the counter, then it's not a prescription-only drug, - i'm not sure what ebay's stance is on over the counter medication.

My daughter was prescribed Movicol yesterday and I did a search for it, and a listing on eBay came up. It sold for £1 (whoop-de-do  ) but I thought Movicol was prescription only.

I agree with frivolous_fay, my husband spent £25 yesterday on asthma medication and scumbags like this get it for free, then sell it on.

Anyone see a slip up on the listing so we can report him?

eBay should ban the sale of all GSL medicines to avoid people doing this kind of thing.

I agree with all that has been said. But how can he be reported. Who to exactly. I could do with knowing the e-mail addy he is using but i can't e-mail him through e-bay as he knows me. I just don't know what the best way around this is. We also pay a lot of money for our medication and my DH also has asthma all the drugs cost a fortune. I want to report him but need help.

You could start by contacting the NHS fraud line (primarily for internal fraud but I'm sure they can help)
