hi i have a halstead best boiler with an unusual problem it WON'T turn off even with the programmer removed sounds electrical i have changed ignition pcb & aquastat but still firing up any idea's welcome ?

Remove the switched live from the boiler and make safe.
Does the boiler still fire?0
