But that condition applies to the Megabusplus service, which is partly by train.
The OP hasn't said he was using Megabusplus, but I think his chances of getting a refund are exactly the same.
Sorry - my bad. I scrolled down reading the "small print" and didn't even realise I had got to the Megabusplus service
