Hello,
I'm shortly going to be moving and want to cancel my AOL broadband. I'm a little concerned at how this is gonna go (having heard the same scare stories as everyone else), but I have a question about MACC codes.
I am moving somewhere close by, where I will probably start a new contract with a new provider using a different phone number but likely with the same credit card payment. Do I need to get a MACC code to cancel? Will it affect anyone who wants to get a broadband provider on my current phone number in future if I don't get one?
Thanks for any help!
