    Oh I do get your point, which is why I pay retailers extra to try and get my preferred courier or if it's Yodel a timed slot (which is usually more miss than hit), especially when I see them ride up to the front door, take a picture and !!!!!! off.

    Hiya Peanuckle ... hope you're enjoying your lovely ankle boots! Chris has sorted things out great and has ensured item be delivered on Friday to my home instead ... reason for item refused at depot was because a lot of that item have been going missing at collect points ... could fully understand the rule change, as that's a real shame that items have been going missing, not great for business at all.

    they weren't even for me, but my daughter loved them thankfully as they were for her birthday :)
    If collect+ is going to be cancelled for that item then why allow it to be booked in the first place? Typical Littlewoods logic there methinks lol

    Glad your daughter loved them! Good birthday that, lol.
    Chris said that the new rule had only just come in in the last couple of days, and my order had got a bit mixed up in that.

    Posting to say a huge thank you to Chris, who re-ordered the item yesterday evening, and it arrived thismorning ... and the courier was great, left a card, having left the item with my neighbour. Absolutely wonderful. Many thanks.
