When it was working last week, it worked on two different cereals!

When I tried this yesterday with two different cereals, it took off 80p instead of 40p-ish that it was supposed to... Not as good as what you all were getting last week but still better than a kick in the teeth I guess...

It was working at the Hoddesdon branch today at 12 midday.

I did use the self scan tho.

It worked in Norwich yesterday - bought 2x Malties (£1.23 per box) and 2x cornflakes (£1.24 per box) and got £1.76 off each pair.

Yeay, this worked for me today (in Basingstoke): 2 x Multigrain Hoops @ £1.35 each -£1.76 multibuy! :D Used the self-scan till and maybe it does work better if buying the same cereal? Dunno

I just had a great trip to Sainsbury's - salmon fillets (£5.99) were BOGOF, but some were reduced to £1.29 - the two packets went through at £1.29 each and then it clicked up -£5.00 (don't quite get why it wasn't -£5.99, but I wasn't going to pursue it) = two packets of salmon for -£2.42!! :)

They weren't BOGOF, that's why. If they had been, you'd have only got £1.29 off.

They were "buy 1 get second for 99p" so it's £5 off.

    grrr,
I tried this at Sainsbury's in Meadowhall, and it didn't take ANY money off. When I questioned it, and said it was meant to be 2 for £2, they agreed, but made me go to customer services to sort it out. I just got a refund for both and gave up. sigh
