Sorry everyone probably sick of all the ISA question but hopefully you havent read this one so many times before.
I had a Santander ISA from 2010/2011 and was looking at the 1year fixed Santander ISA at 3.50%, it says allow transfer in with zero balance but does it count if i want to transfer between santander accounts? can i do this or does it have to be from a totally different provider? thanks for anyone who replies.

Yh, that'll be fine. As long as its not fixed away you can transfer without penalty.0

To confirm I've also got a Santander cash ISA and have just rang them and rather than transfer my balance they have upgraded it to "issue 9" (so keep the same sort code and acc no) which has 3.3% rate0

Sorry another Santander question, do you have to have a santancer cash card to open the ISA?
I cannot get past this question but do not want to select either option (Didn't go for Nationwide becasue of faff of opening another account!).
You can link your ISA account to a new Santander Cash Card or use an existing Santander Visa Debit, Electron or Cash Card. Which would you like to do? ** Link to an existing card (please provide your number) Card number * Link to a new card (this will be issued once your account is opened)

Hi, I have a Santander ISA question,
I've just applied for the 3.5% 1yr fixed rate Cash ISA. After completing the online form I noticed that it says that the 3.5% AER on balances over £2,500 is based on money being paid in by 1st May 2012.
Does this mean I have to have the account set up and transfer my current ISA over to them within the next 18 days in order to qualify for interest or will I still receive the 3.5% even if my transfer completes after the 1st May?
Thanks.0 -

I don't know for sure but I just applied today as well (been procastinating!) and after reading another thread I plan to print off the online transfer form and send it off the minute I have the account details, which I believe should arrive by email tomorrow. It seems they can be a bit slow sending out the info pack.
I am assuming that if you can still apply for it and it is still open for transfers then you will still qualify for the 3.5% as long as you get your form in within 14 days. I suspect if the transfer is delayed and it is not completed until after the 1st may then the rate will still be 3.5% but you just won't get the full years worth as it has a fixed maturity date of 1st May 2013.0
