    What should I do?

    1) Wait for the outcome of the complaint. You will eventually have the option of taking it to the independent ombudsman for free but you have to give the company a chance to resolve it first. I'm afriad the from line people on the phone or in the branches can do little.
    2) Gather all your evidence. Email, paperwork and website. Don't assume the website page will be there later if you need them, print them out NOW.
    3) Stop panicking. If you've genuinely been treated unfairly and you have some evidence then the FOS will likely side with you.
