Can't access one particular website - please advise

Hi there,
As you can see, I'm able to use the Internet and browse every other website bar one. I get this error message:

The connection has timed out
The server at https://www.goldstar.com is taking too long to respond

Any suggestions/advice?

Working OK for me,try deleting your cookies.

First of all enter

ping www.goldstar.com

in a command prompt. You should get something like this

PING www.goldstar.com (206.221.211.162) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from www.goldstar.com (206.221.211.162): icmp_seq=1 ttl=48 time=177 ms
64 bytes from www.goldstar.com (206.221.211.162): icmp_seq=2 ttl=48 time=177 ms
64 bytes from www.goldstar.com (206.221.211.162): icmp_seq=3 ttl=48 time=180 ms
64 bytes from www.goldstar.com (206.221.211.162): icmp_seq=4 ttl=48 time=177 ms

and not like this

PING www.goldstar.com (206.221.211.162) 56(84) bytes of data.
From 10.50.40.254 icmp_seq=19 Destination Host Unreachable
From 10.50.40.254 icmp_seq=20 Destination Host Unreachable
From 10.50.40.254 icmp_seq=21 Destination Host Unreachable
From 10.50.40.254 icmp_seq=22 Destination Host Unreachable
From 10.50.40.254 icmp_seq=24 Destination Host Unreachable

Assuming a good result, try spike's suggestion. If it is not a good result, your ISP has a routing problem and it is off to your ISP for a resolution, although most of them will fail to accept that things are probably alright at your end if you can use the rest of the internet.

Thanks guys. I've deleted all cookies etc, but not sure how to do the command prompt. Sorry - not an expert!

Start>Run opens the command prompt.
Enter the command in the box that appears.
