Lovely cuddly wubbly ickle creatures, best way to deal with them is to reinstate hunting and let the dogs on 'em.

Last time I checked they never went hunting in urban areas.

What about metal-braided pipes like the boy-racers use?
they have two good uses that boy racers prob would't even know about, one of them fits right in this forum

    Yup, definitely worth fitting.

As a side effect the mildly improve your braking (quicker response and more pressure transfer) and even the good quality Goodridge ones are probably cheaper than from a dealer.

If I need to change the hoses on my cars I'll always go braided.
  • Thanks everyone, dont think it's a rat problem as have never seen one, but every time I go out the front door, foxes (particularly baby ones) are always lurking about. Plus the guy at the local garage said it was a regular thing they keep finding. Will try the braided pipes if it happens again.

Do they find many dead foxes as well? I cant imagine brake fluid's too good for them. :rotfl:

    Can I ask a non-fox question?

How much did it cost to replace the pipes? My car needs new ones but I have no idea of cost.

I'm totally blown away by this thread!
I'm blaming @gusthefox from twitter, sounds like his sort of antics

Maybe this could be a deterrent to the rats/foxes.:rotfl:
