Red Flag - risk alert on paypal payment??

Hi all, have just noticed the above against a payment I have just received??

What does it mean??

There was a Paypal glitch and we all got one for a few days, from around the 4th onward.

However I thought it had been fixed.
When was the payment made?

You should be able to see more info by hovering mouse cursor over the flag for more info. Mine just say Risk Alert.

I've also just had one...but the customer seems legit enough given that they have hundreds of feedbacks, and none of these are false positives.
