Fridge Freezer delivered from Comet, slight scratch. What do I do?

    Depends with whom you are dealing! Yes cash has its own costs - but some traders pay a lot to be able to accept the 'convenience' of card payments.

    £25 back... Cost £320 so less than 10% but better than nothing. My husband can't even see the scratch lol it's so minor.

    That sounds like a reasonable offer especially if it's a minor scratch - and less than it would have cost them to bring a new one and take the scratched one away!

    It just looks like a ring scratched the first layer of sparkly silver paint off. It is literally a peer at it real close.
  • Even though it's only a tiny scratch, if it's gone through the paint and the primer, you should make sure that you stick a bit of rust preventative on and go over it with a bit of paint.
