James - am I right to join those two posts together? Your reply makes sense that way. Otherwise it looks like you're contradicting something on my post, which I don't think you intended.

But please do correct us if you think we're wrong on anything.

    Thanks Guys.

Just managed to see my full equifax report, and although its clean, there are two things really winding me up.

    Linked adresses.

    1) The adress of a friend which says I had a credit card there which was closed in October 2006, clean history. Never lived there or applied for credit at that address. Ever.

    2) Another linked adress, also in my home town which I have no idea who has or does live there. Obviously never had credit from there or lived there?? A few DCA's checked that adress for me last year and it also says Ive been on elecoral role at that address from 2003 - present, which I havent.

The electoral roll section seems to contradict itself. Says I lived in current adress 97-11 and the random adress 03-present??

    Really puzzling me!!!!

Just about to send all my statute notices to a few DCA's.

Just a quick query before I post them.

2 of my debts are old student overdrafts. Definatley over six years ago, but I half recall reading on here somewhere that student overdrafts may have discrepencies regarding statute barred debts? Am I correct or are they the same as credit cardsd / store cards?
