Plusnet Deal

On the MSE site itself, there is a plusnet bundle deal (line and broadband) recommended:

6.49 monthly plus 113.38 upfront for line rental (equivalent to 9.49 monthly) hence overall monthly equivalent cost of 15.98.

So far so good.

I understand they throw in £35 cashback.

That's about 2.91 per month.

so to me, it calculates at just over £13 per month, not the 10.90 Martin quotes.

Are they putting wrong numbers or have I missed something?
