Has anyone seen the channel names on Virgin now 602 - Sky Snooze and 515 - Sky Sports Snooze :D

LOL you have to take a photo of that!

Sky need OFCOM approval to remove their channels from Freeview and replace them with yet another new, proprietery subscription service, and the indication is that is unlikely to happen anytime soon.

Besides, the system they will use on Freeview (MPEG4) there isn't even a set-top box in existence to decode the picture and at moment, they don't even have a working sample....

You won't find them on "websites" but you will find them on the www.
Do a google for something I mentioned on the first page.

I'm told our EPG said something about Sky Snooze try BBC for about 10 minutes last night then it changed to Old Sky News.

I hope James Murdoch get's shoved down the ladder a peg or two over this, they are way too powerful, to the point of controlling governments indirectly, Branson isn't much better considering the price rise for Virgin is said to be around 20p per subscriber per week (oh wait for the !!!! to hit the fan when that becomes full public knowledge) but I'll stick with Virgin, better the know-it-all British guy rather than the proven lying scum Murdoch is.

Reports tonight on News24 saying a "Super-Complaint" being made about both Virgin and Sky which will get OFCOM (and maybe even the Government) involved sooner rather than later.

I also rang and complained. I've had my monthly bill dropped by £10 per month (for the rest of the time I am with them) and had my TV package upgraded to the largest one they do for free for the next 6 months!

As for my fix of 24...well that's where the internet comes in handy!
