F*cking chancers the lot of them.

Well, I tend to agree with that statement, given my rare encounters with them.

I kind of respect Conrad, in a way. His argument seems to be that because others are on the fiddle, then what he (might) do in his day to day work is OK. At least he isn't exactly denying what takes place, and I can actually see what he is saying when he claims that it is not his job to report people he suspects to be committing fraud.

The interesting thing, is that it appears that Conrad is living a little "close to the edge". We'll never know for sure what goes on inside his office, but it isn't difficult to guess, given what he posts here (assuming what he posts is truthful ! :D).

If you drive the get-away car during a bank robbery and get caught by the police, they will treat you the same as the guys that went into the bank with the guns.

Saying you were "only following orders", won't get you very far.

(notice that conrad has logged off. He knows that I am telling the truth and has got no reply)

Well, if you can buy a ficticious house in your ficticious area with ficticious cash, what are you banging on about affordability then?

I must admit I’m baffled when jimmy says property is over valued when someone on minimum wage could buy a town centre apartment with a 10% deposit and a 3x salary mortgage.

    Minimum wage = ~£11.5k gross

    3 x salary mortgage = £34.5k

So you're saying someone can buy a town centre apartment for less than £40k?

    Did I miss some sarcasm?
