Well our Mortgage Broker received our Formal Mortgage Offer through yesterday from Accord Mortgages.:j:j:j
So that's 3 weeks from application.
I didn't think there would be any issues. Between the 2 of us we tak home just under £80k, not in debt (ever), no bad scores, always made sure we were registered on the Electrol Poll when we've moved and my rental property brings in a nice profit with 65% equity in it.
Just hope it all goes smoothly now.Turning our clutter to top up our house deposit: £3000/£303.05 we're on our way!0
