i'm not sure if this is the best home for this thread but basically due to Virgin unable to tie a deal with Sky basic package, virgin are telling their customer they are not going to pay silly money to Sky and pass the extra chanrge to its customers.

however if you are like me and on a bundle package, 2 for £20 then thats basically half the channels gone! But if you think about it, you are paying more money for less channels now. Call up the customer services and they will upgrade you to the next package up. hope ths helps.

Ive tried calling and its difficult to get through at moment.Someone else will surely benifit out of all this,another provider etc etc,can any recommend someone else for a package.

i cant see the channels being off for soon, the longer the channels arent shown on virgin media the more money sky will lose something like £60m sky could lose from advertising. Virgin could also remove their own channels eg brav, living tv from sky packages
