I live in London and I have the following trees to plant:

    apple, pear, plum, cherry.

the ground is still wet from winter rain. forecast for next 7 days is max 12c and min 3c.

when should I be planting these and if not now whats the best way to store the trees? they are currently in root bags.

ps apologies if this has been asked fifty million times already

Haribo Junki how big is a medium pot? Also just realised that the ones i bought from Aldi ( a rasberry and red currant) are packs of three - stupid question - do i plant them together or separately?

You're supposed to heel the trees in, but if you are going to do that, you might as well plant them.
If the ground is really wet, I would wait a few days for it to dry out a bit.

Don't know where you are in London but most of the ground isn't water logged.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

north london. been in the garden most of the day. feels like spring. even saw bees on the early flowers. ok so we are talking days not weeks.

what about the temps at night down to 3c. will that have a serious effect?

The raspberries should be planted seperately about 45cms apart. If they are summer fruiting ones cut down to about 20cm after planting. The Red Current is a bush that is usually sold individually, so just plant that in the ground. It too will need pruning. Anything below 6" off the ground cut the brancehs right back. Anything above that, cut the branches to half their length, if not already pruned by the suplier (doubtful if they are but check). Remember to cut to an upward pointing bud!

No, UK fruit trees are hardy and will survive frost & low temp without any problems [assuming we are not talking Artic, which in London, or even Scotland is unlikely]
