In terms of mortgage paperwork there's little that can be changed. That's to the detriment of the applicant.
So if the application was fraudulent in any way. Then can be construed that the applying parties would have been aware. So tread carefully.0 -
Hi Opinions4u - yeah sorry to be a little elusive, perhaps I should have worded this slightly differently - i.e.
1/ Does a High Street bank have to keep paperwork for a set time (turns out to be six years - just found out!)
2/ Does a High Street bank face consequences if they have misplaced afile (turns out again that yes they do!)
I think that is all of the answers I needed - so thanks everyone, and certainly did not mean to make anyone fed up with it! Its just complicated (as is life I guess!)
