The Easter chicks went down a bomb at the drop-in. One 6ft + toughie was seen tenderly stroking his and another was nearly in tears as no-one had ever given him anything like it before and he was vowing to keep it for ever!
How lovely! It's funny how seemingly small things strike such a cord with people, well done you!

Just the normal things done here, WM, BM finished bed stripped and remade. LO 4 bird roast for dinner. Am I the only one who didn't get any choc y/day ?
    Non OS :
One of our Tenants gave a months notice to move out on 20th of this month. I have a couple and their 3yr old son moving in on 25th after we have re-painted the whole house, now the current Tennant has said she has nowhere to move to. I'm so worried about tenant 1 being homeless and also woried that tenant 2 will have no where to move into as they have given notice to their Landlord. I'll get onto the Council, Shelter etc. tomorrow when they re- open.
Don't know what to do really as it seems like a no win situation... one of them are going to be homeless.
Off to start the mountain of ironing.

Thanks ladies, I'm really enjoying WW so hope it continues.

I didn't get much done today, vertigo playing up so not been able to do much uni work, so just pottered round. It's rained all day which didn't help my mood!

Feeling a little better this evening so made a big pot of bombay potato curry as I had spuds and spinach to use up. One portion for tonight, 2 for the freezer. Also made my lunch for tomorrow.

    Night all

    Evening everyone

A very damp and horrible day here today. DD took DS2 to Devon today for the week, just hope the weather improves. It took them just short of 6 hours to get there.

DH got me a free pass to the gym today, tried out a few of the machines, then did a Zumba class (good fun but tiring) then went for a swim. Felt really good afterwards, just hope I can move tomorrow.

os today loaded up dw, nothing else much apart from making sure ds2 had everything packed to take with him.

DH took woofer out this morning to save me getting wet, but did have the odour of damp dog when they got back.

Hugs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take Care.
