i purchased a sony ericsson t610 in october with a cash back of £180 after 4 months i was signed up with bt as my network after umpteen attempts to get my cash back fom cpw i have been told there is a problem with the cheque as bt havent been charging enough per month does anybody else have this problem and how do i stand for getting my cash back from cpw any advice will help. thanks.

I assume you have followed the original instructions and the 'problem' isn't down to you, ie. you've paid what was demanded.

then the 'problem' is cpw's not yours, simply write to them stating that if you don't receive the cheque within 14 days you will issue county court proceeding and as well as the £180 you will claim for the additional time spent attempting to reslove the issue, and sling in an extra line in your claim asking for £20-40 depending on the time, chances are high that they will just settle without going to court
