So you take the tickets down to the nearest Police station and point out the mistake. Very politely, very respectfully, asking very nicely if they can be cancelled as there has been some mistake.

ok thank you so much, I will draft a letter off tom and put in a photo of the sign that says 1 hour waiting etc... and see whats happens, I guess it won't hurt to try

hmm... yeah thanks, I might try tha first and see what they say if no joy then I'll post a letter, thank you for all the coms everyone
