But when I Googled Easter Sunday PCN I found at least 2 Councils where restrictions on DYL are waived on Easter Sunday (Croydon and LBHF I think) plus Westminster stopped certain enforcement at Easter one year.
So it is confusing and not consistent between London Councils at all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you actually have a permit, but through confusion just didn't display it, there's a good chance the council may waive the PCN. They usually let blue badge holders have one "bite" at mistakes, so why wouldn't they with you? That would be discrimination....0
