Third time of asking ... !
"Thank you for your message dated 12-Apr-2012 regarding deleting beneficiaries.
This is something that we were unable to do until very recently and we are now happy to offer this service.
Please let us know if you require anything further."
... So they admit they can now do it. However they didn't actually to it; doh!!0 -
