Missed the deadline for Santander ISA transfer. What course of action do you recommen

Basically, both my gf & i applied for partial transfers from Halifax to Santander for their 1yr FRISA. You were allowed to transfer as per T&Cs so long as you did so within 14 days i think it was.

It turned out that Halifax ballsed up BOTH our transfers & transferred the entire amount, closing down the account.

My gf initially chased Santander as she thought Halifax were blameless. I chased Halifax as i held them responsible. My situation was sorted out within 1 week & i'm now done-&-dusted.

My gf has been promised that her original transfer request will go through, but that was over 1 week ago now (mine has been sorted in that time) & there's still no action at all.
When mine was sorted, the funds disappeared from Halifax & remained "gone" for around 1 week before they appeared at Halifax. Her funds are still with Halifax. She received contact from Santander saying the matter has been dealt with as far as they are concerned. Halifax told her they'll sort it, but it's some time now as i've said.

Can't really submit a new transfer form (i would assume) due to way over 14 days from the original date having passed.

She wants to transfer her funds from Halifax to Santander though & have all her ISA money together.


Based on this & hoping that you've followed it so far ...... what would you do? Say "pretty please......" to Halifax/Santander again? Go the complaints route again? Send out a new transfer form with cover note explaining situation? What?
