So RBS and Natwest are introducing a cashback debit card. Hopefully they will let us earn cashback when paying Amex bills soon...

cashback on spending, surely? not cashback on payments to clear card bills? if so, i'd be into that like a shot:A

The cashback is only from selected retailers. I doubt you will see any credit card companies appearing on the list any time soon
