Could I just ask if creation where an issue to deal with claiming back PPI? I put a complaint into them over 3 weeks ago and as of yet I have heard nothing. I've been paying PPI to them since 2001 and since its no good to me I want it cancelled.

Hi no creation wasnt a problem but they did take a while to answer my letter on the letter of reply from them they were very nice and said they were looking into it and included a telephone number for the dept dealing with it dont be afraid to phone it to check on the claim i rang every week until they finally payed up

Hopefully someone could advise me. I used to have a New Look store card a few years ago that I believe I was paying PPI on. I closed the account in 2007 and therefore I have no longer got any details of the accounts etc. I have spoken to someone from Ikano Financial services that handle the accounts and I have been told they cannot give me any information over the phone and that I am to write to them. Is it worth me persuing this given the fact my account closed 5 years ago?
