Natwest eISA application rejection

Hi guys,
Ive just tried to register online for an e-USA but as soon as I confirm my details it says my application has been rejected due to my personal details. Does anyone know why this may be the case? I'm a British citizen, live in London, am 23 years old and have a job. The only thing I can think of is that I have a student account with a £1250 overdraft - could this be the reason why?
Any help would be appreciated.

Overdraft won't affect you getting accepted for savings account. Are you on the electoral roll? (Even if not, they should just ask you to post some ID to them.) Did you make a mistake when typing your details in?0 -

Double check that you have entered your NI number correctly and as a continuous string eg NR154678F - I had a rejection online with another bank because I had included spaces in the NI number.:)0
