cheap 0800 or 0845 no's from mobiles???

Hi does anyone out there know of away of getting cheaper calls when using your mobiles to dial 0845 numbers etc? any help would be appriciated thanks.

What Network are you on?,is it PAYG or Contract? ,do you have inclusive minutes?

i am with vodafone on a contract and i do have cross network inclusive minutes.thanks for your help in this.

OK, here's how to do it. Sign up for an account with 1899.com and add your mobile. You can then call a regular 0208 number then call 0845 or 0870 numbers at their standard published rates. You will of course be using inclusive minutes to call the 0208 number but this is the cheapest way I know of calling 0845/0870 numbers from mobiles. You will also get 1899 discounted rates on your mobile to all their worldwide destinations far cheaper than vodafone.

If you want to call an 0800 number using your inclusive minutes, you can call 02002220900 and then enter the 0800 number you require.

The Pre-Dial access numbers 0200 222 0700 or 0900 (If one doesnt work the other usually does ) allow you to call Freephone Numbers from Voda,T-Mob,3& Orange from your contract inclusive minutes.(o2 include calls to them in their inclusive minutes anyway).

If your network allows you to call 07744 numbers out of your inclusive minutes EG Orange,Possibly T-Mob and Virgin only, some 07744 suppliers allow you to call 0845/0870 numbers,at certain times of day.

https://www.pre-dial.com (Click on Free Destination List) using the o2 access number allows anybody on any network to call 0845 numbers at evening and weekends from your x-net minutes.(The line gets very busy!!!)

Its always worth seeing if their is an alternative number listed at https://www.saynoto0870.com

Excellent idea but use sister company http://www.18185.co.uk/mobilerates.php as their 0845/087O and other rates are lower.;)

Having just taken out a new 02 contract I have been advised by the csa that 0845 and 0870 numbers are now no longer included in the free call allowance. Any suggestions for 02 therefore?
