    With rentals it is likely that a deposit was paid over the phone by card, subject to credit check and references, this would explain why the property was removed from the market so quickly.

    The agent also seems quite sensible with regard to the block viewing, why waste time showing it to three or more couples separately? Only one can take it.

    Not allow viewers to leave the house until earlier viewers have done so?
