Do you think it would be best if we created a message board for Sainsbury's offers as they have offers every so often?

but so do lots of other places...Dell, Boots, Tescos, Asda, Lidl, M&S..the list goes on! Where would you stop?

However, if you have any suggestions like this then the best place to post them to canvass opinion and bring it to the attention of the MSE team is the This Site board. It's up to Martin and the MSE team to make decisions on that :)

I agree with redfox, but what we could do is link them altogether!

Sainsbury's are doing (in the Fresh Soup aisle) Organic Chunky Vegetable soup at £1.69 with a 90% clearance price tag. I bought two and when the discount was taken at the till they were only 16p.

They can be frozen as well if you don't think you can eat that much soup in the next week or so!!

Again, Sainsbury's clearance section is my source of brilliant (well I think so) finds!

Nurofen Travel Packs are great for popping in your handbag or keeping at work. They are packs of 12 Nurofen in a hard small grey plastic case so that all the pills don't get smashed around or broken.

£2.49 on the price tag with a 90% off discount tag as well - so when scanned through the till they were 24p! I bought quite a few packs to give to work friends this morning.....it's going to be a stressy Friday! :o)

Found quite a few items with 90% off this week. The best buys were CDs . I found a very wide range. I got 8 for my 12 year old daughter, 19 for myself and 5 for presents. Some of these were sets and had up to 4 CDs. Total cost was just over £30! Many discounted from £14.99.Most were perfect condition. Some had slighted damaged cases ,but they were the same CDs as were otherwise displayed at full price. The best buy were the ones at £6.99 which were pre reduced to 69p and then the till took off another 90% making them just 6p!

Today I got Simpsons cookie mix 29p,Children's compass and pencil 5p, stuff to clean tea stains from mugs 9p and some black kitten utensils 5p. Also saw packs of chidrens party invites and envelopes for 9p.

There are small red labels beside the displayed price which states 90% of marked price. The CDs though were on shelves with a big notice at the top.

I went into Sainsburys Tuesday and they had Aiwa headphones with 90% off for just 29p, Kodak advantix films pack of 2 for 44p (should have been £9.49, were reduced to half then 50% off that!!). They also had the Brabantia silver pedal bins in the 30 litre size which normally sells for around £50-60 for just £29.99. These were not half price or anything just displayed as a 'special'. Im half tempted to get one but i would really really like the one they had on 'Snatch It' (fairly new sky shopping channel 663) which was a 'Maxim Intelligent Bin' but not seen them on there anymore. Dont know if anyone else has seen them but if i do a a google search nothing comes up. The RRP was about £99 and they were going on there for about £45, should have got one when i could but just seemed a lot to spend on a bin. They have a sensor on them so you dont have a pedal or button or anything you just wave your hand over the top and the lid pops up. Very smart!! and hygenic too.
