No S/O from Natwest was to LL for rent which was meant to be cancelled but went out due 10th April,S/O at RBS was set up due out 11th April. Natwest reversed the S/O so £650 will go back into my Natwest account which I will transfer to RBS to pay the correct S/O

Well it hasnt been returned yet! On the phone to Natwest again. On hold for them to speak to their manager. 15 mins so far. Ah so actually speaking to a compliants officer.

UPDATE: They are going to investigate what happened on Friday as it would have been too late to recall it then.

Right my RBS account has £130 in it will the £650 go out tomorrow or be returned?

Your very impatient as the recall was done over the weekend the system would not update until 2.30 tonight now. That's if they was able to recall the funds for you.

Sorry I was told it would be returned today so when I didn't see it there I wanted to know why, I had no clue it wouldn't be done till tomorrow. Actually they are staying it was never going to be returned. Stupid manager who was meant to phone me back within the hr never did and has now gone home! All they can say is I'll get a call back by the end of tomorrow!

Will my RBS S/O go out even though I don't have the complete funds in there?

Well it looks like my RBS s/o went out and I am now in my OD (which I don't have)!

Given the wrong advice on Friday it would never have been returned!

So I've paid my rent twice and now have no money for my other bills plus I'll get charged with RBS by 12pm today if the OD isn't cleared!

Ah so the RBS S/O will be returned tomorrow and I'll be charged £6 that I can live with.

Remind yourself why it was paid twice in the first place.

Contact your landlord and request for the money to be sent back.

I'm sure for a s/o to be returned it has to be done by 6.30 the day before its due to leave the account.
