Can you not camp at Donnington itself, or is this not wise?

Not really sure about being moved on by car park attendants at 6am like someone posted before. But I may consider it. Rather be in a proper site tho.

    World Series tickets still available!

With two months to go until Renaultsport’s biggest UK motorsport event of the year, there is still plenty of time to order your FREE tickets. With a feast of current and historic on-track action, live Formula One action from the reigning World Champion ING Renault F1 Team and plenty of fun to be had off-track, World Series by Renault is a fantastic family day out.
The event at Leicestershire’s Donington Park circuit on 8th/9th September is the only chance UK motorsport fans get to see the wide range of racing series and historic car parades that comprise World Series by Renault.
Supplementing the high-quality racing are demonstrations by the double World Champion ING Renault F1 Team. Test driver Jonathan Cochet will pilot the title-winning R26 in two crowd-pleasing exhibition runs on Saturday and two on Sunday, giving fans the chance to see last year’s F1 title-winning car at close quarters. There are also six historic Renault F1 cars parading to celebrate Renault’s 30 years of Formula One success.
Headlining the racing action is the World Series by Renault, featuring 425hp Formula Renault 3.5 single-seater racing cars, now fitted with the ‘push-to-pass’ system to dramatically increase overtaking opportunities. Reaching speeds of up to 180mph, the series is a showcase for some of the world’s best young racers.
Completing the World Series by Renault package are Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 and Eurocup Mégane Trophy. Supporting the International action are the leading one-make series from the UK, the Formula Renault UK with Michelin Championship and ELF Renault Clio Cup, which both feature some of the UK’s best talent.
Historic Renault displays and parades, Formula One simulators, the F1 pit-stop challenge, Renault product stands, free funfair, children’s area and Renault safety demonstrations cater for all interests.
Last year saw a crowd of more than 92,000 attend over the weekend and organisers hope to break the six-figure barrier in 2007. Make sure you don’t miss out on the unique World Series atmosphere by ordering your tickets online now. Simply click here

    Hi All

Have registered for free tickets two weeks ago.
Go to tickets on website and fill in your details for tickets to be sent to you
  • Hi everyone

got my tickets a few weeks ago , if anyone went last year have you got any good tips. what to take, where to go first , where to avoid etc.

    thanks in advance
  • Take ear plugs and a picnic its a great weekend but very loud and the food can be expensive although its worth looking around as prices differ by at lot between each stall. Last year coffee was 50p cheaper at the next stall so yopu can save a lot by looking first.
