Golden ISA - Issue 3 Barclays - Can I add to it?

I used last years subscription and I want to add this years to it, and then transfer to another provider. Can I add to this ISA ( which isn't offered anymore) and then transfer?
If so, how? Should I just transfer money from current account to ISA, like always

Look at transferring out of it, maybe consider the offers from Nationwide (3.1%) and Santander (3.3%) which both allow transfers in. I transferred out of Barclays last week to Santander, as the interest rate will drop to 2.2% iirc on the Golden ISA. Loyalty is not rewarded by Barclays, their "loyalty" ISA is only 3.06% and does not accept transfers in iirc. If you must stay with Barclays for some bizarre reason, at least open their new loyalty ISA and get a better rate on this years contributions.0

I want to add to it, so I can transfer it all out as one, easier that way. I'm opening another ISA at a different provider0

Well in that case, the answer to the question, is yes, you can continue to transfer to the ISA as normal. However, if transferring, make sure you do not lose out on interest during the transfer process, or it may be more beneficial to pay this years allowance into the new ISA direct (if you have the ability to do so).0
