Lloyds ISA - "Cannot open online". ?

all the best laid plans....

added to my own exisiting Lloyds ISA paying 3.7% shortly after midnight without a glitch, new £5640 allowance showing correctly etc.

OH has her Lloyds CA funded with £5640 ready for opening new ISA (same as mine above but 3.4% <10k). apply, enter NI number, continue...

We cannot open you this account online, please ring etc etc during blah blah blah hours

is this a time of day issue? going to work online when we get another chance to apply?

what do you think?

p.s i know we can try again at another day/time but im not sure when that may be.

Try again from 07:00. Others have the same technical issues. Barclays is advising new ISAs can only be opened online after 08:00 today, for example.
