Just a quick message to let people know that apparently Orange have recently had about 3000 bills get stolen from a robbery at a post office in Telford. I was chasing them up because my latest bill, that was raised on 19th February, still had not arrived and I have been waiting for it to send it off for a cashback claim. They said that there shouldn't be any security issues as the bills only have telephone numbers on them, but I'll be keeping an eye out.
If anyone else is missing a statement recently, Orange will re-issue the statement for you but should re-credit the cost of the statement re-print as they have just done that for me.
