You said they were 'misreporting balances' which they aren't. Working days has everything to do with this considering again, 'by the end of the next working day' is the limitation for sending payments now.
I don't really care what Santander Retail do with their computers on off days. All I care about is that my bank (not Santander) abide by the T&Cs I signed up to. You should do the same and I expect you to complain should the funds not arrive at their destination by the end of Tuesday.

Perhaps other people enjoy a therapy which involves knowing how the system actually works - before accusing? If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -
I've enjoyed reading your rants OP to now but the truth is that you will have to stew until Tuesday before you can decide to complain or not.
I make most of my faster payments to pay bills in the evening after work - they never arrive within 2 hours but always appear by the end of the next business day.0 -

You're the only person on this thread who seems to need to change bank accounts...0 -
Mad as a box of frogs.
Everyone knows Good Friday and Easter Monday aren't working days, have been for years. Serves the OP right for waiting until the last minute.
And as for Santander employing the best computer programmers in the world !!!!!! Dream on OP.0 -
Why would i need to know where YOUR money is ? I don't really care.0

Or are banks as thick as thieves when it comes to that kind of info?
Don't work in the call centre, won't be dealing with your query.0
