MSE News: Hope for LPG switchers

I'm with Calor and have a bulk tank (looks like a submarine in my rather small back garden) and the price has been 55.4p since early 2011, having gone up early this month to 59.4p. I imagine the 49p from Calor mentioned above is an 'introductory offer' and will quickly go up to the new rate. However, the £150 bonus fuel, I guess for new customers only, is quite a draw.
What do other Calor users pay? I am told it can vary by region.

Well I ignored calor's letter which implied that I should sign up with them for 2 years, despite the fact that they could still impose increases, so what do I gain? Their latest price (in Kent ) is 59.40 up from 56.40. Thank goodness we put our log burner in but of course log prices are up as well so we can't win !0

For chapter and verse (and far more) on Bulk LPG supply, contracts, pricing, wholesale costs etc etc, I can thoroughly recommend the Bulk LPG - Cheapest suppliers / supply route? "sticky" thread on these MSE forums.
I think it is fair to say that it is the most well-informed and up-to-date source of current information on this subject to be found anywhere online.0 -

Post your question on the sticky bulk lpg thread.
There are more views on there and you should get some replies.
I suspect you will be informed to get quotes from the different suppliers though.0
