If they want a video then they might as well just change the text of the advert to say "Youthful", "Dynamic", "White" and "Able-bodied".
If they are a media company then there is nothing wrong with asking for evidence of an online presence by asking for links to any blogs or websites.
People who want to work in media companies are already aware that they need an online presence.
I cannot see the relevence for an accounts position unless they are looking for a youthful employee

it is easy to find the company that asked for this(see other thread).

It is a very progresive media/games/technology/mobile company a bit of research a look at the web site would see why they like this sort of thing.

One target market is children and a look at the people profiles show you they are not your average typical company

They want ALL employees to be enthusiastic about the company the products and the technology, failure to provide a video or a very good enthusiasic cover letter will not get you past FILTER.1.

Just do the video and wear a Samantha Brick mask, then if they don't employ you you can challenge them and say was it on the grounds that you're just too beautiful.
