Thanks the maccas - I only got there so quick with the help of cashing in the endowments, so feel a bit of a cheat really. Can't wait to save money - I have £2K already (£2,109.81 precisely!) as I've been putting annual bill money away and with shopping around, insurances, the car being an alternate year service only and school hols childcare (found a great club that DS is happy at which has reduced the cost from £135 a week to £80 p/w! Saving @ £550 p/a), the savings are stretching much further than I expected.

I'm sooo envious of your New York trip - have a fab time - can't be long until you go now. :j

I was really good this morning too - the new model of my car has come out and I've had a dealer invite for 24 hr test drive, but I took one look and threw it straight in the recycling bag! :rotfl: :T
