People parking on my land & blocking access to my Business - What Can I do?

Can i just suggest clamping is the only working option on this one in my opinon.
I'm not sure to what extent clamping in Scotland is outlawed as i have not really looked into it.
Perhaps you could clamp the car and not charge a release but but specify vehicles will only be released between 7pm and 8pm (Make it an hour or so after the neighbours shut so they have to wait around)
This would surely lead to some frustration and may cause them to stop doing it.
Also with blocking them in perhaps get a delivery of heavy concrete whilst they are parked there. Get it dropped just behind their cars so they cant get out. You are not stopping them from leving just simply taking a delivery.
Or if the roadway at the end of your access is only a drop kerb with no double yellows it is only an offence to obstruct the dropped kerb. As you are the intended user of said kerb you can permit yourself to park there. So you can park and block them in.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I think you will find clamping is already a criminal offence in Scotland, guy?0

I was just being ironic.give_them_FA wrote: »With just the one space involved I doubt any would be interested. No money in it, wouldn't even recoup the cost of putting signs up.
And doubtless the OP would find SHE was the only one who got a ticket when her parking permit "accidentally" fell off the dashboard. :rotfl:I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
