cheaper to get whole package now or just phone line?

I am about to buy a new house but will then be out of the country for 3 months. I need a phone line so that i can install an alarm that will phone my brother in case it gets broken into. I will want unlimited broadband when I get back in 3 months and possibly sky TV but that all depends on the price). I was going to get a BT line for next 3 months then add BT broadband and maybe sky but I had a quick look at site and sky seems much cheaper all in so I think I should go with sky.

My question is - is it cheaper to get the TV and Broadband package now so that I don't have to pay a connection fee for broadband in 3 months time (the house owners already have sky so I don't think I would have to pay a connection fee then would I?). I can't find out how much the connection fee is - maybe i'm just missing it on the sky site.

Also if I just got the phone and Broadband package now do you think I would be able to get a good deal when adding a TV package in 3 months. I haven't had sky for years so I'm not sure what the best way to get a good deal is but I know this site says you can haggle but will they haggle when I already have telephone and broadband. I don't really want to pay for 3 months of services whilst I'm abroad but in the long run it may work out cheaper.

Is Sky available LLU on the exchange? If not you'll be on the dire Sky Connect (non-LLU), which is just a resold BT Wholesale product.
Research your LLU options on https://www.samknows.com

Hi there are several offers around including 12 months half price broadband or three months free, also have a look a quidco or topcashback as there are some good cashbacks available. As far as a phone line is concerned Sky will install one for a £10 one off charge instead of the usual Bt £130.
