  • shegirl- payments can be made prior to an assessment being made - this cant be enforced but can be done voluntarily and classed as volpayments - i always recommend as with all the will in the world sometimes its just not practical to have a stash of money set to one side - i usually find something i need that it gets spent on - i think there is a dmd in place on this case at present anyway so the accounts will be charging.
