DialaPhone Upgrades

Hi!
I'm due for an upgrade of my phone and I am currently on Orange. Having looked around Dialaphone offer the deal I want on Orange. Buymobiles also offer the deal but when you go onto the upgrades section of their website the deal isnt available and it reverts to what orange offer direct, is this the case with dialaphone. I dont want to cancel with orange to take a new one out with them because then I cant keep my number and preferably I dont want to move network
So are dialaphone offers the same for Upgrades?

AFAIK, you can.
Switch the old contract to PAYG. Then transfer the number from PAYG to the new contract.

can I keep my number and tariff on PAYG when I get a new phone and new SIM card?

In the worst case scenario you can port the old number out to another network PAYG sim, then back to Orange to the new contract sim.
