Yey! I just read the fleabay email too. I have loads I can put on there and now I know how easy peasy it is I've just got to crack on and take those photos. My PayPal account is linked to the card I'm paying off so that is pretty major motivation.

Kerri, you inspired me to pay £20 to the credit card today, thank you!:T So am up to £2674.53/£6109.94

Took another picnic out today and refused to buy the kids icecream (god we're awful) but did take them to their favourite rare breeds farm so everyone was happy!

    Keep chipping away everyone.:D

Erm, well OH is in Canada atm so I have no excuse to do so until July. So maybe July to visit his Mum? But September/October I shall be moving to S. Wales :) It'll be cheaper for me to live there than in London and I'm not tied to a location with my current job so no reason to stay 150miles from OH x

I'm being naughty and ordering pizza, I've not had any in ages. But....so I don't have to do it again, does anyone know if you can freeze pizza dough? I've got a big bag of dr oetker pizza dough mix, so thought I might make up a load of dough tomorrow and use that instead of takeaway in future as there's always veg for toppings in the fridge.

    Edit:

I got as far as goggling the pizza company name, thought "urm what are you doing young lady? You have LOADS of food that you could cook, if you want something quick then have some couscous", then went and made cous cous which took 5 whole minutes and was yummy. I'd still be waiting for the pizza if I'd stuck with that idea.

Well done Kerri, and for future reference yes you can freeze dough. We were going to go out got tea but then the kids (well not really kids 15, 20 and 22) decided they were going for a Chinese and a movie so we decided not to bother. I did however make the mistake of going to the supermarket where every little helps and spent £37 BUT I bought two legs of Lamb for £20 plus bought some other deals including lots of reduced Finest products so I'm not unhappy with that - we'd have spent almost that on going out anyway.
