I lodged £5251 into my flexclusive ISA when it was opened on 2/10/13. I think i missed out on the deadline, is it right that the interest is annually on 30th Sept?

I am sticking mainly through inertia and also to have a different maturity date. I had a fixed rate bond and regular savings mature at end of Oct as well as ISA so will leave this for the time being0 -
I'm sticking with the 2% at the moment because there isn't anything else out there.0
